My friend had sex in her periods and also take emergency pill within 24 hours . she get periods after that bt now in ultra sound minimal free fluid is shown is she pregnent or not ?????

Ultrasound should be done 15 days later if the periods don't come , an ultrasound done in initial stages doesn't really help in detecting a pregnancy.
