27F , diagnosed PCOS 3 months back, was prescribed Diane 35 for 3 months, and currently on the third month, had moderate to severe breast tenderness before 5 days at the beginning of my periods, now having milky discharge from nipple on squeezing. Had done all the hormonal tests and thyroid, prolactin 3 months back. Prolactin, thyroid levels were normal. Do i have to take any blood or radiological investigations again or is it a normal hormonal effect?
