Hi Doctor, My 6 year old daughter's permanent tooth is coming behind a milk tooth and it's also a pain in her sometimes. Pls do I need to visit the dentist. I am attaching pixs for reference

Yes ,You have to remove the concerned milk or primary teeth by a dentist ,so that the permanent  teeth can errupt in correct place so as to avoid over crowding
