Csf shows raised proteins and raised ada. Broncoscopic lavage did nit show afb.disseminated tuberculosis

Ada is raised suggestive  of tb only, but Bronchoscopy wash can be neg, should start on anti tb treatment, consult a pulmonologist immdtly.
