I think I have developed a milia on my forehead. Its been more than a month now and its not going away even after applying all kind of scrubs on it. Can anyone please suggest a gel or ointment i need to use to get rid of it. I have attached my forehead pics to give u a clear idea of what it looks like. Thank you.

It's acne...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Hello dear. That is mild acne.
Next Steps
You can apply cream Retino A 0.025% at bedtime. Just a tiny amount on that spot. Do this for 3-4 days and consult again
