Respected Sir/Madam, why do Doctors take Mild PAH as easy thing? Is it very common in young adults? I recently went for 2D echo, whole echo came normal except mild TR and Mild PAH. I got really very concerned seeing mild PAH in echo report and contacted 3-4 Doctors in vicinity but everybody's is saying that no need to worry. But I'm still concerned contemplating what if it gets increased in future? Please guide me regarding this. Thank you so much

No doctors not take it as easy thing.Because we need a cause if definitive pah is present and it's important to know whether pah was diagnosed from screening echo ,detailed echo or right heart catheterization, can contact for personalized opiion if needed(I have experience in treating and diagnosing various pah patients for past 4 years)

mild pah if present along with your specific condition is acceptable..but an isolated pah is always investigated depending on your history..and yes it can increase in future
