Take steam 3 times a day and isolate yourself. If symptoms increase consult a doctor and get your tests done. If you get better then no need . If you are a previous case of allergy off and on, then you might be having allergy .Also you should check if everyone in the house is fine and they dont have any symptoms like diarrhoea or loss of taste or smell.

Hi no need to worry start warm salt water gargle thrice a day and steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil twice a day. Drink warm water.
