Sir/mam i used to have a mild testis pain for 2-3 weeks after that while examining i could see a single nerve of left testis is swelled little bit making kinda of lump while twisting..now there are no symptom like mild pain and even i cant watch that single vein lump while the testis is in neutral position..and there is no swelling it remained same size... is this a varicocele? or something else
