You have got varied symptoms which have no link with each other. You have pain in testicles and knee joint. You feel weakness but your fasting blood sugar is 110 mg% You have white coating on the tongue.  It is there upto the throat but you haven't consulted with ENT SPECIALIST. With such varied symptoms and diseases it becomes a problem to prioritise your problem.
