Sometime this pain shifts to lower abdominal region to right part of my abdomen to upper part of the chest. Sometimes it shifts to back. The pain is mild and sometimes it is gone. Stool is normal but urine is yellowish despite drinking lots of water. Pain is mild and it does not affect my day to day work.
