A month back I felt some discomfort in my urethra while urinating. And a mild burning sensation. After ignoring it for couple of days I tried masturbating to get relief when I found blood in the initial drops of semen. This didn't repeat again ever since then. But I kept feeling a sort of discomfort while urinating and it continues even today. It's not pain or even any burning sensation but I kind of feel as if my urethra is being poked when urine passes through it. Please suggest me remedy?
