Got colonoscopy done, colonoscopy report is all clear. Biopsy report : mild non-specifix chronic inflammation What does it mean ? Is it normal ?

Not serious. Please ask your gastroentrologist the exact meaning because he is one who had taken the biopsy, so he is the right person to answer.
