Mild Mucosal thickening

I am a covid recovered tested positive on April 15th symptoms from 11th and tested negative on May 3rd. I am non diabetic and took steroids as part of treatment hardly 120mg throughout my course. I approached an ENT doctor doubting any signs of mucormycosis did Nasal & throat endoscopy as I have a one sided blocked nose facial pain findings are slight Left DNS & turbinate hypertrophy. Few days back I had a CT PNS scan too with Same DNS finding & normal turbinates & mild Mucosal thickening in left maxillary sinus does this any sign of black fungus Please explain. Thanks
