Both kidneys appear to be normal in size and shape Mild left hydroureteronephrosis noted secondary to a calculus measuring approximately 8.2 x 6 x 4.4mm (CC x AP x TR), HU 350 - 760 in the left ureter, at a distance of approximately 4.5 cm fromn the left pelviureteric junction Calculus measuring approximately 2-3 mm noted in the lower calyx of left kidney Urinary For this surgery needed or it will cure by medicine. If surgery needed what kind surgery is doctors do for this. Thanking you.
