Left arm and sometimes chest muscles pain from swveral months.have diabetes ,insulin depending.5 Years of diabetes

Pain being on left side needs to be investigated for heart disease as diabetes predisposes to the heart disease,kidneys and eyes. Get ecg,  chest x ray and blood tested for troponin which is positive only when heart muscles are damaged Get back here with reports so that you are get more guidance from any of us here.
