I got lower abdomen ultrasound and got mild free fluid in cul de sac so What is the treatment for Pid prescribed the medicine for that

Pid  is never diagnosed on an ultrasound Mid cycle at the time of a ovalution  a little fluid can be seen in the culde sac That's normal Treatment will depend upon your symptoms for which you will have to connect

Fluid in pod is normal during ovulation and sometimes during periods, that is not an indication of pid.

If you have symptoms of pid then you need antibiotics otherwise free fluid has no significance
