Taken USG sono mammogram findings was mild increased fibrograndular density is seen in both the breast with few tiny hypoechoic areas - mild fibroadenosis changes in both the breast My query is whether biopsy to be taken to see benign or cancerous.

Fibroadenosis is a benign condition No need for biopsy at present You can take tab vit E 1 tab OD for 1 month primrose oil capsule 1 capsule OD for 1 month
