My wife is working with a MNC as a customer support executive. She is having mild fever below 100°f on daily basis in the evening from last 2-3 months. She use to take Combiflaim tablets. She is having irregular periods from last 4-5 months. She also has hyperthyroid. My concern is: Is this a serious health issue? If yes then please suggest or guide us.
