This medicine: • Reduces vertigo sensation • Controls nausea • Can cause drowsiness in some people Because dizziness occurs during the day, the timing depends on: • When your symptoms are worst • Whether the medicine makes you sleepy If dizziness happens mainly in daytime → take it in the morning after food. If it causes sleepiness → better to take it at bedtime. Since you have mild symptoms, once daily is usually sufficient.
