Mild cramps and spotting

Hello. I would like to tell that I had physical intimacy with my husband on 31st of July. However, I got my normal periods after 3days, on 3rd of August. Normal periods happened. But, on 16th and 17th of August, I had very minimal cramping and spotting. Spotting continued for 2days but the cramping is still there. I have previous history of Ovarian cyst. My question is that is there any risk of me being pregnant even after having periods after intercourse? And my white discharge is quite thick and curdy. What can be the reasons. Prega news test has already been done. Which is negative. Professional advice much needed.

Infection is more likely a possibility. Antibiotic course is required. Please meet a Gynecologist and get yourself checked
