Unusual bump like pimple which is tiny and white puss like formation Mild bump feeling around mouth and discomfort when I open my mouth wide Notice this occurrence after swimming in a pool with in an hour or so Inside mouth everything looks fine ,more or less mild bulge wrt external bulge as seen outside How to get rid of this
