I have pain while sitting But no constipation problem or blood in stool  and no pain while passing stool But I have pain at times moderately  nearly a week Is this a serious problem ? And is there any home remedies

It could be haemorrhoids or fissure It could be an peri anal abscess I would suggest u to visit a surgeon for confirmation It is not a serious problem can be treated easily
