Mild abdominal pain 2 weeks after taking

I have mild abdominal pain which comes and goes ,coliky in nature after 2 weeks of taking ipill.i also have severe anxiety and few days back had diahorrea for 2 days and now have constipation.

Might be it is GE gastroenteritis also u need antibiotics and clear evaluation
