Migraines and brain damage

Migraines due to any reason, stopping of psych meds, gut issues etc, neurotransmitters imbalance etc...does this cause any cognitive decline or no? Loss of memory, intelligence, brain power forever? please guide right. Does low flow of blood harm the brain?

Yes low flow of blood can harm your brain..It can cause brain damage if present for long time.. Migraine is not known to cause cognitive decline it can cause depression and mood issues
