I am having early stage of migrain and I have seen on Google that those who have migraine they can get stroke and heart desease so is it soo dangerous that it can cause this??

Hi..kindly do not go by Google..migraine is associated with strokes and multiple other comorbidities...but that doesn't mean ...all the migarine pts are prone to that..meet neurologist to clear your doubts
