Pls help me. Very difficult to move with migraine headache. Pls suggest any medication. Cure my problem.

Pl tell full details. Your headache had been diagnosed as migraine by a doctor or you have assumed? Of yes than since how long you are having, what is the character,  intensity, any aversion to light and sound, any nausea or vomiting? If it had been diagnosed as migraine you can take naxdom500  SOS. For prevention you can start tab tryptomer 10 mg once at night along with tab inderal LA 40 mg once a day( if you are not asthmatic)
