Hello doctor, I am Sujatha.. I have cervical spondylysis since 1year..since few days I am having severe pain in my right side of my neck,chest n shoulder pain till my fingers.. Not able to do my work.. Plz help with this.. Tq

Need to maintain good posture. Avoid pillow and use neck exercises. Avoid mobile devices. Sos painkillers Neck exercises If still have issues, consult
