Mid to lower Back pain

2019-02-20 15:18:16
I have back pain so took x-ray and it seems my lower spine is getting straight. Also my body movement is highly restricted now, I can't  touch my toes, can't sit in L shape while keeping legs straight. Do need to consult Orthopedic first or physiotherapy will work for me ?

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

First of all you should  try to assess  the cause of your problem. you should consult a Physiotherapist who is expereniced in posture analysis. Then physio will advise the corrective management and if needed will refer to orthpaedician
