Take a course of antibiotics and antifungal ointment to get over with this issue , however u should get an ultrasound done to see for any underlying cause like PCOs etc ,you would also need to get a few tests done in case the issue doesn't get resolved.personal hygeine of both the sexual partners needs to be maintained as this Infection usually happens from one another, drinking lots of water and taking syp citralka twice a day partially helps too.
