Microneedling vs Botox
I have accidental scars on my forehead and when I visited my dermatologist, and also have mild premature wrinkles on my forehead
She adviced me to go for botox for the premature wrinkles and microneedling for the accidental scars...(1200 shots for the entire face) I find doing two treatment cost more
So,
Is there a common treatment or any other treatment for the problems I'm facing

25 is actually young for botox treatment
But can't comment without assessment
Of your concern is scar then go for scar resurfacing first, fractional laser resurfacing is much better option than microneedling but again you need to share photographs for proper assessment
