I've been having protien leakage through my urine since long. The protein leakage level is high. I have done several urine and blood test and got the microalbumin level high. Don't my heart check up and the result is normal. Also done blood test and the result is normal. Did a kidney ultrasound and the result is normal
Micro albuminuria requires further evaluation for renal parenchymal diseases (different types of glomerulonephritis,other renal parenchymal diseases)
Commonest glomerulonephritis is basement membrane glomerulonephritis or Berger's disease
Diabetes,hypertension,chronic pyelonephritis,few drug intakes can also lead to renal parenchymal diseases
Creatininealbumin ratio is also a useful test.Sometimes a Rena biopsy may be required.Consult a nephrologist for full clinical evaluation as course of disease can be modified by rrugs
