Sir, i was diagonised with bilateral varicocle with infertility (terato zoo spermia). Urologist suggested for micro varicocelectomy. Undergone micro varicocelectomy on left side. After 5 days of surgery i could feel a shap vein (cord like) passing from head of my penis to incesion area. During erection it is vey prominent. Also also near head of penis when i lift skin, i could see bulged blood vessels with some clots.. During erection both cord like vein and bulged blood vessels are prominent.. i visited my surgeon to explain situation.. but that time my penis was small and doctor couldnt feel it.. he simply said thats normal and gave evion 400 mg tablets...also there is slight pain in my left left when i sit for longer duration.. also there is a decrease in the volume of semen coiming out.. dont know whether the vien and blood velssels will burst during sex.. fully tensed.. doctor said me to take sperm check after 3 months.. i feel like i added new problems rather than solving.. help
