My wife is having micro pituitary adenoma and her MRI confirmed that yesterday. Except Thyroid and Prolactin all other test like CEA and all seems to be normal.

I would like to know why was MRI BRAIN done first of all. was it done after prolactin and thyroid reports or before thst. let me know the reports. what other hormonal evaluation was done. it can be incidental finding too. without complete clinical history and examination its difficult to attribute to microadenoma. consult endocrinologist
