I had lasik in jan 2021 from the dry of surgery i did not allow water enter into eyes during shower and face wash,i always close my eyes during that time and then i continue for 8 months  for to protect eyes, Can this lead to mgd i didn't maintain good hygiene to my eyelid, please tell

Pl maintain hygiene of eyes.pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3 times a day.Mgd will not happen. Pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
