I have had B12 deficiency and  am having Methylcobalamin 500 MCG. I have also seen skin/acne around the same time. Are these related? Should I discontinue? I have attached a photograph.

Hello, yes these r related to each other.. Excess dosage of vit B12 can lead to acne form eruptions, not a regular pimples..
