What will happen if skip one immunotherapy in middle which is given every after 15days. Please explain what can be the cause?

You did not mention the site of cancer. Try to give as appropriate schedule immunotherapy.  It can be either 2 weekly or 3 weekly depen upon immunotherapy drug. No much difference if one dose skipped in between.  But try to continue as schedule for better outcome
