If Partial Tear 》 Then apply hot fomentation And with pain killer when pain subsides, then start physiotherapy slowly You will get better slowly and steadily Avoid over throws and any heavy pressure on that shoulder. If Complete Tear than 》 go for surgery for geting good range of motion at earliest

Partial or complete tear? For partial tear, conservative managment can be helpful.. For complete tear, surgical result are better
