Mesenteric lymphadenopathy

I am having chronic abdominal tenderness and pain I have visited many doctors some doctors given antibiotics and anti protozoan during some given proton pump inhibitors and antacid syrup. Some given Anthelmintic drugs but ultra sound abdomen shows subcentric and mesenteric lymphadenopathy with short axis diameter of 5mm since one year i visited many doctors but my problem was not cured. I used complete courses given by all doctors. But now one showed results I have mucus in stool with irregular bowel habits I am thinking I have abdominal TB please any one suggest further action plan. And correct test for digonosis .
