It is not your fault and you don't have to feel responsible about it. It can be due to multiple causes like social phobia due to chemical imbalance in your brain which can be treated with medicines and therapy, anxious personality, or can be due to inattention ( ADHD) or even can occur in depression. We need proper clinical evaluation by a psychiatrist for a diagnostic clarification and further management. Difficulties will gradually improve with treatment and thereby improve your daily functioning and quality of life.
