Dear sir/madam I m uzma 20 year old I have a strong mental problem suddenly I feel like crying I get tension for every small thing I can't handle myself I cry and I can't move my hands and body my heart start paining. It is been a year have Setraline tablet 50 mg I have gone to many doctors still I m not well
