A girl says there is some man who deeply love her and she is married too to that man. Is this a mental illness? What is name of this illness.what are other symptoms of the same illness?

She seems to suffer from some kind of delusional disorder and is a mental illness. She need to be taken to a psychiatrist for evaluation and treatment
