A 27 yr male excessive angry abused another person irrelevant talking. Some time speech English some time hindi Some time cool.. H/o 1 yr back fight in college. FIR  lodged against him.. Now he prepared for IAS.. Over one month he doing above things​. What is diagnosis... I m his elder brother.

Sir please see a nearby psychiatrist asap.  If he refuses to accompany, you can go alone n d doctor will help you out surely.. don't worry his problem can be dealt properly with proper help.
