Hi ,in this problem you have to learn how to deal with guilt or shame or anxiety, if these emotions exist. Second,Having these thoughts are not problem as these thoughts are not in our direct control, you can have these thoughts and Still  can decide not to act on these thoughts. It would be uncomfortable for you not acting on these thoughts but not unbearable, as humans can bear presence of  such thoughts without acting on them and no body is going to die if person decide to not to act on these thoughts and it would be worth for you.

Hi, it looks like you have Voyeurism ( Interested in watching others) . It is just interesting in watching others and might never progress beyond that. But it becomes problematic when you take steps that violate the persons right to consent or expectations of privacy. It is problematic if you were unable to control them as well. To confirm this as a disorder you would need to consult a Psychiatrist or clinical Psychologist. Such as 1. Feeling of frustration Or stress if you can't engage in the behavior 2. Feeling of guild After engaging in the behavior. 3. Cant resist Voyeuristic activity even when they are causing trouble to your well being. Etc The Therapist or doctor might explain to you better about this condition. Appropriate treatment will be done and in the long term you can cope with it effectively.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist
Health Tips
If the thought of Voyeurism turns you on , you are not alone. it's a fairly common sexual interest but it can become problematic when it affects your daily life and makes others feel violated. It's a positive sign that you have taken a step to correct and make your life better. Hope you could do that with more positivity.
