Hello,
I'm 23 yrs old boy,in these days I'm not feeling good.I was brilliant academically in my school days.but now I'm not,I lost my concentration.
I used to masturbate a lot,even I do it daily.it seems to I'm addicted to it.these days are very important for my career but I'm not focusing well.I feel sadness all the day.I have no idea what to do.only negative thoughts come to my mind.plz help me to get focus back on my better life.
