Mental Heath Letter

I have a few medical issues that I am currently being treated for. I recently moved and my previous doctor still prescribes me my medications and stays in connection with me via an online patient portal. I also recently got in to some legal trouble. To do the program I need to complete for the courts, they want me taken off all my medications for up to a year’s time. I can’t go without my medications as they treat my mental health issues and I know I will not be able to complete the program.

Depending on what you are suffering from, and how much is it required for you to continue medicines, government institutions can provide you a certificate of suffering from mental illness and specifying the need to continue medicines for your well being.
