Mental health , stress |depression

I have mental conditions, where small things bother me a lot. I get stressed easily, and is unable to maintain a proper meaningful relationship. Though of consulting a psychiatrist, but I feel other wise. And I not sure, weather I need one, or any consulting will help me.

If your condition is affecting your daily functioning you should seek psychotherapy to overcome these symptoms and live a  relatively stress free life and being able to maintain meaningful relationships.
