You are really going through a trauma. Consider moving out of the house with your husband; thus being away from in-laws. The only source of solution seems to be your husband's understanding and cooperation.
In all probabilities you need to stand for yourself and voice your opinion aloud. Consult a Counsellor in your city for guidance. Taking your spouse for a family counselling will be of great help.
