I suffer with deppresion and I've self harmed my left wrist and my legs my mental state is really bad is there a way of where i can self referre to a hospital or any places that can help me ?? I have not had any help of anyone I'm dealing with this all on my own I need help

You need psychiatric treatment as soon as possible
Next Steps
ask someone to accompany you to a psychiatric hospital close to you and talk about your symptoms in detail with a psychiatrist you might need admission if you cannot control your self harming thoughts. till then do not harm yourself take care
