Depression and anxiety hampers normal life and finally hampers career and dooms future. Wheather such damaging effect is unavoidable. No not at all. I share my view.
1) The main sources of depression is some real or imaginary problems like unemployment , isolation, financial disaster etc. The problem has been solved a half, when you pin point the problem and write it. Now you need a strong will to solve the problem completely. Never loose heart. The success is ahead.
2) Nothing is impossible in this world. When there is a will there is a way . Every problem has its solution. Only we have to find it. A man
having no limbs or sight can fight the battle of life successfully? Then why we cant with all of them? All the people live and face life boldly? Why we cant? If everybody can? Why we cant?Of course we can you can and we all can. Keep it always in mind
3). To remove mental weakness first of all physical syrength must be increased. For this physical exercise is necesary. Outdoor activities with others in open ground or gym will be good. This controls depression and anxiety.
4) Yoga ,prayanams and meditation increase mental strength and self confidence.
5) Surrende to God or any Super power as per your choice. It will make you mentally strong and confident. Regular prayer will help a lot in this purpose. Modern researcher have proved it scientifically.
6) Develope positive mindset .Shake off all negetivities. Mix more and more with positive minded people. Sellect favourite friends , Communicate and share all with them honestly. Depression will be controlled.
7) Creative activities are useful. Performing arts like recitation, dance, acting etc will help to remove depression.
8) Consider yourself strong in everything. Vivekananda said that a man is what he things for himself. If you consider youself weak you become weak. Weakness is a root of over thinking.
9) People are subjected to depression by overthinking about unseen future. Life and general insurances, healthy habits, company of positive minded people and friends, hard labour, descipline are few steps to control depression about future. Think posetively about your assets and liabilities. Is there any alternatives? This is positve and constructive thinking ,which removes depression.
10) Take recourse to nature. Nature, like mother, is ever ready to support you. Go out and feel the ambience of refreshing nature. Greenery with colourful flowers will
welcome you. Majestic sunrise and sunset is for you. Chirping of best going birds will bid you farewell at the evening. Are you stlll depressed?
11) You live on a village or town. The village is a part of our state. There are a score of state in India. There are hudreds of country in Asia. There are a number of continents like Asia. Then comes to the idea of the Earth, solar system,galaxy and so on. In such a vast limitless universe, where is you and your depression? It is negligible . Nothing has been changed in nature . The night sky is equally majestic and gorgeous. Rabindra Nath Tagore regained his peace of mind after the death of his most favourite son,on seeing the vast sky ornamented with stars. He realised that personal pain is nehligible and insignificant to the vastness of the universe. Is your pain more severe than his?
12) Keep yourself alwas busy. An idle bran is a devilâs work- shop.
13) Time is the best medicine. After a few months or so, you will wonder, â Was I so stupid to suffer so much for such a petty matter?â.
14) Stop thinking about what others will speak of you. Life is yours. Do what you think fit.
15) Life is short and hence every moments are precious. You cannot simply afford wasting the same for anything. Take care of this. You are the proper person to take decision about your life. Today take resolution that you will enjoy every moments of your life.
