Hi! Thanks so much for coming out with this. It takes a lot of courage to face your emotions and to discuss them. It is important to consider your concerns in more depth in order to understand them. I can also see that you might have some concerns with respect to the relationship with your husband. I would suggest that you start communicating with him about your needs a little more. I also think that you can practice some self care techniques like meditation, mindfulness and journaling in order to understand and process your emotions in a better way. You can try to write, draw or paint for 15 minutes at the end of every day in order to ensure that you feel more calm and relaxed, while identifying your emotional state in a better manner. It is also possible that what you're experiencing is rooted in your recent pregnancy, and that's completely okay. Please make sure to give yourself and your thoughts some time everyday. I also suggest that you seek help through therapy, as that can help you give yourself some time, while healing from the concerns that are causing you to feel this way.
