Mental depression after marriage

Hello As married women i had been so much of issue after marriage also i couldn't get out of its been one year of our married life i feel very depressed always thinking something else my family taken care of me well than my husband kind of thoughts are misleading me to stay at my mother house i need some peace of mind also i have 3 months old baby i had faced with pregnancy mood swing as well

Mood swings occurs after fallowing delivery is not serious issue. And it might cure within 6 months of delivery. And you are suffering with adjustment problems.if you have any suicidal ideas better approach psychiatrist as soon as possible.this is not only problem for you but many of suffering with the same.

Hi thanks for reaching out , new marriage and with 3 months old baby I can understand the things cans be very overwhelming and challenging . Many new mothers go through mood swings post pregnancy . Some time this feeling go way with time ... but if it is effecting your day today life and feelings are getting stronger please talk to someone you trust or take session with psychologist via app. I am sure you will get benefitted.

I can also see that you might have some concerns with respect to the relationship with your husband. I would suggest that you start communicating with him about your needs a little more. I also think that you can practice some self care techniques like meditation, mindfulness and journaling in order to understand and process your emotions in a better way. You can try to write, draw or paint for 15 minutes at the end of every day in order to ensure that you feel more calm and relaxed, while identifying your emotional state in a better manner. It is also possible that what you're experiencing is rooted in your recent pregnancy, and that's completely okay. Please make sure to give yourself and your thoughts some time everyday. I also suggest that you seek help through therapy, as that can help you give yourself some time, while healing from the concerns that are causing you to feel this way.
